This page explains what information our Postiz deployment accesses when connected with TikTok, why it is used, and how you can request its deletion.

Review the statements below against your actual Postiz deployment, enabled permissions, retention policy, hosting providers, and application behavior. Remove any statement that is not accurate.
1. Overview
This Privacy Policy describes how HaLinhThuCung (“we,” “us”) processes personal data when you use our self-hosted Postiz social media management application (“the App”) with TikTok. Our App is operated at https://dongle64.github.io/. Postiz is software that we host and operate; this document concerns our deployment and does not replace the privacy policy of TikTok or the software vendor.
By connecting your TikTok account, you authorize data access only within the scopes displayed during the platform's authorization process and granted by you.
2. Information We Process
Depending on the platform features you enable and permissions you grant, the App may process:
- TikTok account information made available through authorized scopes, such as an account identifier, display name, avatar, and relevant profile details.
- OAuth authorization credentials and token metadata required to maintain your authorized TikTok connection.
- Video content, titles, descriptions, posting settings, scheduled publishing times, publishing status and returned post identifiers associated with your use of the application.
- Operational logs and error information necessary to troubleshoot authorization and content publishing.
We do not ask you to provide your TikTok password to the App. Authentication is performed using the platform's supported authorization flow.
3. How We Use Information
We use this information for the limited purposes of connecting the TikTok account you authorize; preparing, scheduling and submitting video posts using the TikTok features enabled for the app and approved by you; presenting posting status and resolving publishing errors. We may also use relevant technical information to protect the App, maintain security, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
We do not sell data obtained through the TikTok integration. We do not use platform data for unrelated advertising, profiling, or marketing without appropriate authorization and disclosure.
4. Storage, Hosting and Security
Our Postiz installation is self-hosted on infrastructure administered by [OPERATOR NAME / ORGANIZATION], located in VN. Connected account information, tokens, content, and scheduling records may be stored in the App's database, media storage, backups, and application logs as necessary for its operation.
We use proportionate safeguards, including access controls, restricted administrator access, secure transport for public connections (HTTPS), and reasonable protections for stored credentials and backups. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Our application is self-hosted and operated on privately managed infrastructure. We do not use third-party hosting providers to operate the core application or store its primary application database. We use GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc.) to host our public website, including our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. When users connect their social media accounts, TikTok may process information in accordance with their respective privacy policies. Our application uses these platforms' official APIs to authenticate accounts, manage authorized connections, and publish content as requested by users. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties for advertising purposes. Where external service providers are used, we limit data processing to what is necessary to provide and maintain our services. **Service providers and platforms:** - **GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc.):** Public website hosting. - **TikTok:** Account authentication and content publishing API services. - **Self-hosted infrastructure:** Core application hosting, database, and application-managed storage.
6. Retention and Deletion
We retain integration records, authorized credentials, scheduled content, and operational data only as long as reasonably needed to provide the App, resolve legitimate operational issues, or meet legal obligations. Actual deletion timing depends on the App configuration and backup schedule.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing unixpentest@gmail.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request.” Include the connected platform account or Page identifier, where possible, so we can identify the relevant records. Do not send passwords or access tokens.
After confirming that the requester is authorized, we will remove the relevant data from active systems and revoke or delete stored credentials where technically available, subject to legitimate legal retention requirements. Data in routine backups may persist until those backups expire. We will explain applicable limits and confirm completion by email. Requests are handled within [RESPONSE PERIOD, e.g. 30 days] or any shorter period required by law.
7. Disconnecting Your Account
Disconnect the TikTok integration in Postiz, where supported, and revoke the app's access in TikTok settings. Revocation prevents future authorized API access, but it may not delete previously stored data in the local Postiz deployment. If you want stored data deleted as well, follow the deletion request process above.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal data, and to withdraw authorization for future platform access. Contact us using the details below to make a request. We may need to verify your authority to act for the relevant account.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy when our App, permissions, infrastructure, or legal obligations change. The effective date shown on this page identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated where required.
