1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of [SERVICE NAME] (“Service”), a social media content management and publishing service operated by HaLinhThuCung (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

The Service uses a self-hosted deployment of Postiz to help authorized users prepare, organize, schedule, and publish content to supported social media platforms, including TikTok when the integration is enabled and authorized. Availability of any particular feature depends on the connected platform, granted permissions, and our current configuration.

3. Eligibility and Account Responsibilities

You may use the Service only if you are legally permitted to do so and meet the applicable platform age and account requirements. You must provide accurate information where requested, protect your login credentials, and promptly notify us about suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

4. Connecting Your TikTok Account

If you choose to connect TikTok, you will be redirected to TikTok's authorization process and may grant specific permissions to the Service. We only use permissions that are enabled in our integration and authorized by you. You may revoke access through the relevant TikTok account settings. Disconnecting TikTok may prevent future scheduled posts from being published; previously published TikTok content may remain available on TikTok.

5. Content Ownership and Publishing Authorization

You retain ownership of content you create or submit, subject to rights granted to third parties under their terms. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions necessary to upload, schedule, and publish content through the Service. You authorize us to process and transmit content as needed to perform publishing actions that you request. We do not claim ownership of your content merely because you use the Service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

7. Scheduled Posts and Third-Party Services

Scheduling does not guarantee successful or timely publication. Posts may fail or be delayed because of expired authorization, rate limits, connectivity, platform outages, content restrictions, service maintenance, or other circumstances. TikTok and other social media services are independent third parties governed by their own policies. The Service is not endorsed by or affiliated with TikTok.

8. Privacy and Data Security

How we process account information, connected-platform data, access tokens, uploaded media, and publication metadata is explained in our Privacy Policy. Please review it before connecting your TikTok account. Do not submit information you lack the right to process.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, respond to security incidents, or address material violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and request account or related data deletion by contacting us at the address below, subject to any lawful retention obligations. We will explain any information needed to verify the request.

10. Service Availability and Changes

We may change, maintain, or discontinue features, including third-party integrations. Where required by applicable law, we will provide appropriate notice of material changes. We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Disclaimer and Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that cannot be legally excluded. We are not responsible for third-party platform interruptions or actions outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [COUNTRY/JURISDICTION], except where mandatory local consumer protection laws apply. Disputes will be handled by competent courts or dispute resolution authorities as required by applicable law.

13. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect legal, technical, or operational changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after a lawful update takes effect constitutes acceptance where applicable law permits.
